According to Elon Musk, these limits should be temporary as part of a measure to "address extreme levels of data scraping & system manipulation".
These limits are being slowly rolled back.

Huh I see. Guess that's nice but honestly I think even if temporary, I just think it's time to get off twitter (or be less active). When I first joined Twitter, it was because I came to see people's art (people who I saw from artfight and wanted to follow after the event was over). It was pretty exciting at first but twitter honestly just slowly started turn into something more draining, it was just very negative per say, it's kinda hard to explain. sorry for this long dragged out reply, I know you were just letting me know about the situation but it did make me think of why I joined in the first place and why I'm leaving for the most part.
